The Kardashian sisters are being sued for defamation by their former stepmother, Ellen Kardashian, who married their dad, Robert Kardashian, 2 months before he died of cancer in September 2003. She is taking legal action against the three sisters– Kim, Khloe and Kourtney– their brother Rob, mom Kris Jenner and Ryan Seacrest Productions, who produce the family’s reality TV shows, declaring their Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ programme is trying to portray her as a gold-digger that married the lawyer on his death-bed.

Ellen is also furious how throughout a current episode of the show, a private detective was seen trying to offer damaging details about the family, including attempting to sell it to her  which, the case states, was done to tarnish her reputation and make her look like a black-mailer.

She additionally declares the family members “trashed” her on the show and accused her of marrying Robert for his cash. In the claim – where she is seeking undefined loss – Ellen pounds the Kardashian group’s “meaningless” jobs and lashes out at Robert’s ex-wife, Kris, that is now married to Bruce Jenner.
