A muscleman shocked his girlfriend by proposing – at a bodybuilding contest.
Wearing only his skimpy posing trunks, Jose Robelo, 27, dropped to one knee and asked Rosana Nobrega to marry him on stage.
And he was thrilled when the 28-year-old said ‘yes’ at the Channel Islands championships in Jersey.

Shop worker Mr Robelo had just won the ‘first-time competitor’ award at Sunday’s contest and had arranged for his girlfriend of five years to present him with his prize.
The show’s compere slipped the engagement ring into his hand at the vital moment and the crowd cheered as Miss Nobrega accepted his marriage proposal with a kiss.
‘It would have been embarrassing if she turned me down with all those people there,’ he said.
Miss Nobrega said: ‘I was always going to say yes. He’s a wonderful man and he looks great.’
